About the job
We are a private ward focusing on musculoskeletal and internal medicine and have 16 beds. Our team consists of twelve employees from different generations and cultural backgrounds. Collegial cooperation, reliability, as well as open and appreciative communication are a matter of course for us. Your tasks
- Nursing: You ensure goal- and needs-oriented, activating rehabilitation nursing
- Effectiveness: You take over the deputy management of the group
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work independently in an interdisciplinary team with interfaces to other nursing staff, therapists, and doctors
- Consultation: You accompany, instruct, and advise patients and their relatives
- Diversity: Look forward to varied and responsible tasks. Flexibility and learning opportunities arise from the diverse medical histories of our patients
Your profile
- Education: You have completed training as a Registered Nurse or an equivalent recognition with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
- Experience: You bring skills in nursing-therapeutic interventions such as Bobath, Kinaesthetics, as well as experience in wound management
- Personality: You are a strong communicator with high customer orientation, social competence, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterized by flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance
