Your Tasks
We assign you according to your service preferences. You decide how you want to work, whether in a 3-shift system or a 1-shift system. Your expertise is required in all areas of care, with a focus on medicine, surgery, and women & children. You support the various teams in exceptional situations and in all areas. Constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration is an essential part of your daily routine. You professionally and dedicatedly care for patients from all specialties.
Your Profile
You have a nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland. You are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system, have already worked at least two years in acute care, and ideally bring experience in one of the above-mentioned specialties. Working in changing teams brings you joy due to your open, motivated, and empathetic nature. You can quickly get an overview, organize yourself efficiently and purposefully, and reflect on your work results.
