The AniCura Animal Clinic Thun is a center for small animal medicine and is one of the largest clinics in Switzerland. To strengthen our team in Thun, we are looking for an

TPA / Veterinary Anesthesia Technician VAT 80–100% (m/f/d)

For our specialist team, we are looking for an empathetic and well-organized TPA with further training as an anesthesia technician (VAT), who ensures smooth processes and safe anesthesia with heart and expertise.

Our VAT team is indispensable in our lively and progressive operation. Your tasks include the pre-anesthetic health check, care and accompaniment of patients in the OR, in dentistry, as well as in radiology (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound). You organize the various tracks of anesthesia preparation and monitoring within the team, support the team technically in the pre- and post-processing of surgical procedures, as well as directly in the operating room.

• Diploma as a Veterinary Practice Assistant (EFZ)
• Further training as a Veterinary Anesthesia Technician (VASTA) or interest in completing it
• Confident handling of technology (monitoring, ventilation, infusion pumps)

• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with animals and people
