An auditor position at the District Court Hinwil offers individuals with a completed degree the opportunity to enter the legal profession. It usually lasts one net year (14 months) and is credited as a practical year under the admission requirements for the bar exam in the canton of Zurich.

Your area of responsibility
The District Court Hinwil employs nine auditors. As part of the auditor program, you will gain insight into all areas of activity of a court of first instance. You will support our court clerks in both legal and administrative daily business. By participating in hearings, handling cases independently at times, and drafting decisions and judgments, you will gain insight into procedural law, civil law (e.g., claims, family, labor, and tenancy matters), criminal law, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
