In short
As a Product GTM Calendar and Planning Lead, you will be the strategic force behind the development and execution of end-to-end product creation calendars. You will own the orchestration of key timelines and interdependent workflows across multiple cross-functional teams. With a sharp focus on optimizing speed-to-market and process efficiency, you’ll lead the planning and implementation of innovative creation strategies, including short-lead-time product initiatives for the footwear division. Your expertise in planning tools - particularly Smartsheet - will be critical in driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle, from ideation through retail delivery.
Your Mission
- Lead the definition, structuring, and ongoing management of comprehensive product creation calendars, ensuring alignment from initial concept through commercialisation for the footwear division.
- Participate in key milestone meetings with executive leadership, ensuring decision clarity, timely escalation, and alignment on next steps.
- Foster strong collaboration with many cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Development, Materials, and Sourcing, to secure essential alignment, as well as inputs to maintain calendar accuracy.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and progress documentation to stakeholders, enabling visibility and accountability across teams.
- Partner with the wider Operational Excellence team on initiatives to enhance product-specific and short lead time planning processes, accelerating the time-to-market for new product briefs.
