To strengthen our "MEP East" department, we are looking for a

Project Manager Sanitary 80-100% for our branch in Zurich starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: cohesion, passion for large and complex projects, and innovative spirit.

Your new role, what it includes:

• Independent management of small to large sanitary projects across all planning and execution phases (SIA 31–53) in the fields of industry, commerce, hospital, and residential construction
• Development of technical solutions in collaboration with architects, clients, and specialist planners
• Preparation of documents from preliminary project to execution and revision (e.g., with CAD Plancal Nova / BIM)
• Monitoring and ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality within the projects
• Leadership and coordination of internal and external project participants
• Participation in construction meetings, specialist coordination, and conducting site inspections

Does this position suit you?

• Completed training as a building services planner sanitary EFZ
• Further education as a technician HF or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in planning and managing sanitary projects
• Very good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards (SIA, SVGW, SN, etc.)
• Confident handling of CAD tools, ideally experience with BIM (e.g., Plancal Nova, Revit)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork ability
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English or other language skills are an advantage
