• Active participation in the application process, content responsibility for subprojects, and organizational involvement in project management.
• Responsibility for scientific research, publication activities, and presentations of research results in the discipline-specific formats of the scientific community.
• Good scientific practice and use of design competence as a tool in the research process for knowledge and insight acquisition.
• Collaboration in all other organizational and communicative tasks of the Product & Textile research group.

• Master's degree in Design (with research focus)
• Research experience, subject-specific networking, and possibly practical experience
• Expertise in the areas of textile, design, and sustainability
• Competence in scientific methods and scientific writing
• Networked and structured thinking as well as conceptual skills
• Project management and organization
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
• Team and cooperation skills
