YOUR TASKS:
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Creation and sending of customer invoices
- Monitoring payment deadlines and reminders
- Maintaining customer contact regarding outstanding invoices
- Recording supplier invoices in the ERP system
- General administrative tasks in the accounting area
- Participation in the digitization process
- Commercial basic training EFZ
- Training in accounting
- Joy and interest in numbers
- Loyal, independent, and precise
- Fluent in German / basic knowledge of English is an advantage
- Good Microsoft Office user skills
