Your Impact
- You navigate companies and pension funds through the legal challenges of the Swiss occupational pension system (BVG).
- You advise and support national and international corporate clients in all matters related to occupational pensions, including legal requirements, restructuring processes, and governance issues.
- You prepare precise legal opinions that serve as a basis for decision-making for our clients and internal teams and contribute to optimizing structures.
- You provide strategic advice for pension funds and companies and accompany the integration of target companies into existing structures from a legal perspective.
- You act as an internal contact person for our teams and contribute to solving complex challenges.
- You lead and support client projects and are actively involved in client acquisition. At the same time, you contribute to knowledge sharing by giving presentations at internal and external events.
- You receive great opportunities to further develop your know-how in areas such as client and project management, coaching, as well as your technical expertise in various trainings.
Your Skill Set
- You have a Master’s degree in Law (from a Swiss university).
- You bring several years of experience in the field of occupational pensions (BVG) and are familiar with best practices of pension institutions and companies.
- You have in-depth expertise and interest in legal and regulatory issues and enjoy working independently and client-oriented in a specialized team.
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are a plus.
- You have a team-oriented attitude, take responsibility, are flexible, and promote innovative solutions.
- You are open, curious, and willing to explore opportunities beyond your core area and have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and precisely.
