• You acquire private customers and specifically rely on referrals.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority: new customers receive competent and needs-based advice from you – whether in person, by phone, or digitally.
• You independently and reliably handle all sales tasks.
• With passion, you actively participate in sales promotion measures and ensure their success.

• Passion for sales and the necessary negotiation skills
• Completed vocational training and proven experience in the insurance sector
• Training as a VBV insurance intermediary or willingness to complete it promptly
• Flawless German skills – any additional language is a great plus
• At home in the sales region and a broad social network

• 40-hour week and flexible working hours
• 25 vacation days, 30 days from age 50

• 15 minutes paid breaks each morning and afternoon
