CNC Mechanic (Focus on Milling)

About the job

Your areas of responsibility:

• Manufacturing milling and turning parts from stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic, using CNC and conventional machine tools
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs and work documents
• Independently setting up and operating the machine tools
• Economical and high-quality production of our parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Maintaining and servicing the machine tools
• Participating in continuous improvement processes
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

Your qualifications:

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or machine mechanic
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining of individual parts and small series (focus on milling)
• Enjoy working on conventional machines
• High quality awareness and precision thinking
• Great enthusiasm for parts manufacturing and technical challenges
• Openness to change and innovation
• Committed, resilient, and team-oriented personality with an independent and reliable working style
• Experience with Okuma and Heidenhain controls is an advantage
