- Execution, revision, repair, maintenance, and service work on technical systems, equipment, and operating resources in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Independent organization of smaller renovation projects and participation in larger construction projects.
- Leading and coordinating specialist planners in FM or customer projects.
- Data maintenance in the system and archiving of documents.
- Ensuring the contractually agreed services in technical and infrastructural facility management.
What you bring with you
- A completed craft or technical training, preferably in the field of sanitary, refrigeration, heating, or ventilation technology.
- Developing, planning, and supervising installation projects.
- Project management competence in HVAC (construction management competence desirable).
- Willingness for on-call duty.
- Accompanying external craftsmen.
- Good MS Office, CAFM, and SAP knowledge.
- Enjoyment in communication with internal and external partners.
- Resilient and flexible personality, proactive thinking and acting, as well as quick comprehension.
- Driver's license category B required.
- Very good German skills.
