Your tasks
- Support and further development of a sustainable business relationship with existing and new customers
- Acquisition of new customers and projects through campaigns and tenders
- Active identification and implementation of cross- and upselling potentials
- Creation of complex, customer-specific offers and framework agreements including calculation and price negotiation
- Management of the entire sales process – from needs analysis through offer creation to successful closing
- Close cooperation with manufacturers, distributors, and partners to optimally position solutions and services
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
- Preparing and presenting sales offers
- Preparing reports, forecasts, and reporting
- Effective representation of Global IT AG at trade fairs, events, and networking occasions to strengthen brand presence in the Swiss market
Your profile
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a professional and convincing appearance – especially in communication with IT management and decision makers
- Many years of experience in sales or key account management with proven success in support, development, and strategic advancement
- Solid technical understanding of modern IT architectures and their business benefits
- Sales experience of services and IT infrastructure solutions with manufacturers such as HPE, HP, Panasonic, VMware, Commvault, Veeam is an advantage
- Sales flair and communication in German (English, French advantageous)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills combined with a keen sense for market potentials and customer needs
- Enjoyment of travel and personal customer contact – networking is in your blood
- Structured, results-oriented, and data-driven working style as well as a high degree of initiative
- Resilience, flexibility, goal orientation, and assertiveness characterize you
- Communication in German and good English skills in spoken and written form (French advantageous)
