Job Objective
The Bartender at Bar des Bergues is tasked with providing excellent service, in line with Four Seasons standards, while creating a memorable experience for each guest. This role requires perfect mastery of service techniques, a strong sense of teamwork, and a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills, combined with a proactive and customer satisfaction-oriented approach, are essential for success in this position.
Essential Functions – Bartender
Provide warm, elegant service in accordance with Four Seasons quality standards.
Welcome guests with courtesy, a smile, and impeccable presentation.
Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the experience.
Prepare and serve drinks with expertise, fully knowing:
- The ABF drinks and cocktail menu.
- Advanced mixology techniques.
- The products offered (wines, beers, spirits, signature cocktails).
- Know the food and afternoon tea menu.
Present and advise guests on the menu and offerings.
Perform bar opening and closing tasks, including:
- Setup and arrangement according to standards.
- Stocking and organizing the workstation.
Maintain cleanliness and order of the bar during service.
Use the Micros system for billing, printing, and cash handling.
Manage the cash register with accuracy and reliability.
Answer phone calls and take reservations according to Four Seasons standards.
Report any incidents or inappropriate behavior to the bar manager or person in charge.
Apply safety procedures and manage emergency situations.
Participate in services at various outlets (Bar, Il Lago, Dufour, Room Service, Banquets) as needed.
Respect and carefully handle the equipment provided.
Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management.
Precisely apply all hotel service standards.
Key Skills:

Mastery of Four Seasons quality standards and procedures.

PREREQUISITES:
