SMB Medical SA, a company part of the Marle Group, specialized in the manufacture of orthopedic prostheses, in order to strengthen our mechanical department and support our continuous national and international growth, is looking for a candidate for our S. Antonino site:CNC Milling Machine Operator
Main responsibilities:
- Programming and setup on board the machine for 3 or 5 axis milling machines
- Machining mechanical components according to technical specifications
- Quality control of machined parts, respecting company standards
- Reading technical drawings and independently managing machining operations
- Collaborating with the team to optimize production processes
- Availability to work in 3 shifts / continuous cycle
- Technical training as a mechanic, polymechanic or qualified milling machine operator
- Experience in CNC milling and on-board machine programming
- Basic knowledge of Fanuc and/or Heidenhain (preferable)
- Ability to read technical drawings and use a PC
- Attitude to work independently and responsibly
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Collaboration and predisposition to teamwork
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to production rhythms on shifts
- Continuous technical training within our activities
