The Läbesgarte Cooperative is an innovative competence center in the field of aging with around 170 residents in various living arrangements. For our dementia department, we are looking for a committed ward manager 80 – 100 % starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement. The previous position holder is taking on a new role within our house. Your tasks You will lead the dementia department with 27 beds and around 40 employees, students, and apprentices in various part-time capacities professionally, personally, and organizationally. You create orientation, promote collaboration, and ensure that quality and humanity go hand in hand. You ensure professional, resident-oriented care and further develop the department together with your team. Your profile You are a certified nursing professional HF with leadership experience and high expertise in the dementia field, also bringing strong social skills and organizational talent, and you are flexible and resilient. You act responsibly, communicate confidently, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. Ideally, you have already worked with RAI.
