Childcare Specialist 60% and 70%
At the Wädenswil Primary School (PSW), around 2,000 students are taught and cared for in six school units. Our extracurricular care is very popular – it is established, professionally managed, and characterized by dedicated employees who are there for the children every day with heart, competence, and joy.
We are looking for a
Childcare Specialist 70% starting immediately or by arrangement
The working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
for the extracurricular care of the Au school unit, and a
Childcare Specialist 60% starting November 1, 2026, in Schönenberg
The working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
You will care for children aged 4 to 9 years in Au, or children aged 9 to 12 years in Schönenberg during lunch and in the afternoon. You report directly to the care management and have group responsibility. As an open and communicative personality, you are a competent contact person for children, parents, and teachers. Networking with the school is an important element for you. You are willing to take on additional assignments if needed and work at least two weeks during holiday care.
As a certified Childcare Specialist EFZ or with an equivalent qualification, you have already gained some professional experience. Your personal skills include a positive view of people, high social and communication skills, organizational talent, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and resilience. You are a team player and open to close, cross-group collaboration, especially for open exchange within the management team. Good oral and written German skills as well as IT skills complete your profile. A committed, well-coordinated, and collegial team awaits you.
