About the job
- You strengthen our team of the admission and emergency station 60+ as a committed and professionally skilled health specialist in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
- You ensure qualitative and quantitative care and support in collaboration with a certified nursing specialist.
- Your areas of responsibility also include daily life design, administration, and the implementation of medical/technical orders.
- You document and report your observations orally and in writing.
- You have completed training as a health specialist (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diploma).
- You have professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry, ideally from gerontopsychiatry, or you are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
- You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry as well as in caring for people with high support needs.
- You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative work.
