The Betagten- und Pflegeheim Niesenblick AG operates a family-like retirement and nursing home in Thun-Allmendingen and offers 13 residents a cozy home in a rural single-family house neighborhood. We place our residents with their individuality and biography at the center of our professional care and nursing.

As a complement to our team, we are looking for immediate or agreed upon start

Nursing Assistant, Nursing Aide SRK or AGS

Workload by arrangement.

We also offer the possibility of temporary employment.

Your tasks

• In everyday life, you take over basic care and support according to the individual needs of the residents
• You actively support the professionals in implementing the care process
• With your calm and friendly manner, you help ensure that the residents feel safe and secure with us
• You independently carry out household tasks
• You independently maintain the electronic care documentation

Your profile

• Completed course as Nursing Aide SRK or Nursing Assistant or AGS
• Joy and experience in dealing with elderly people
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• High sense of responsibility, independence, flexibility, and absolute reliability
• Friendly and appreciative demeanor as well as physical and mental resilience
