For our central sterilization integrated in the OR, we are looking for a
Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilization Assistant (60% - 100%)
Your Challenge
- Proper preparation and processing as well as care and sterilization of instruments and materials for the operating area and wards, taking into account legal requirements and quality standards
- Qualified operation of existing devices (RDG, sterilizers, pass-through sealing devices, steamers, etc.) including performing routine checks
- Assembly of OR instrument trays, sets, and individual items
- Management of inventory for sterile and non-sterile materials
- Documentation, compilation, and release of sterilization batches
Your Profile
- Training as a Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilization Assistant (Expertise 1/2)
- Several years of solid professional experience in a central sterilization department is an advantage
- Committed, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC skills
- Integrative personality with good prerequisites for working in a small team and a friendly approach to different stakeholders
