The Technical Project Manager will manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that support engineering teams responsible for Digital Workplace technology covering client operating system, Microsoft 365, collaboration, and voice- and mobile solutions. The role ensures timely delivery, stakeholder management, and quality across multiple technology domains

- You are familiar with the various digital workplace technologies to effectively support technical experts in creating documentation

Plan, track, and report on projects and initiatives in the digital workplace area

Ensure alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders

Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives

Act as a liaison between engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Prepare documentation, project plans, and status reports
-
Ensure projects adhere to internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards
YOUR PROFILE

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, Voice Recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.), and endpoint management tools

Skilled in planning, executing, and closing projects using Waterfall (preferred) and/or Agile methodologies

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels

Experience in driving adoption and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions
-
Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
-
Capable of managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
-
Experience in third-party risk management tasks (outsourcing, responsible AI reviews, etc.)

Skilled in managing third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery

Ability to analyse workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration

Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in digital environments in a regulated industry

Strong skills in preparing clear status reports, and presenting to leadership

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable

Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
