To complete the educational team of the DRAKKAR group, a living place for 7 residents with mental disabilities and associated psychiatric disorders, we are looking for a Certified Social Educator (M/F) with a 50%-60% activity rate.
Mission
You actively contribute to the well-being of these people and ensure them the greatest possible autonomy. You guarantee socio-educational support, as well as health care. You aim at the development as well as the maintenance of their skills. You support them in their social integration. You also accompany them in their aging process. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with the social network.
Responsibilities
Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support
Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily life activities
Perform delegated care and medical-technical acts according to your level of competence
Participate in the selection, organization, and animation of relaxation and leisure activities
Work interdisciplinarily to develop educational strategies adapted to the residents' needs
Promote the integration of the resident's family and close relatives in the development and monitoring of their individual project; actively collaborate with internal and external networks
Ensure administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team
Desired Profile
Degree in social education ES – HES or CFC of ASE
Significant experience in the field of mental disability and/or psychiatry
Interest in individualized support and regular coordination of group activities
Strong motivation for developing new educational actions and interest in diversifying skills
Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability
Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs
Category B driving license required
Work Environment

Permanent contract.
Irregular hours, weekend work according to rotation, participation in camps.
