Your tasks: We offer you a varied and responsible position in accounting, including active participation in periodic closings, depending on your qualifications. Precise and structured work is essential in this area and takes up about half of your working time.
In the area of office administration, you can expect a varied range of tasks in marketing support, including maintaining and further developing our intranet and company website, as well as supporting the sales teams with social media activities. In addition, this area of activity also includes classic administrative tasks such as welcoming guests, organizing and managing meeting rooms, purchasing and storing office supplies, as well as coordinating and planning trade fair appearances.
Your profile: You have successfully completed a commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence and are aiming for a responsible position in accounting. Ideally, you have already started or completed further training in this field. In addition to your affinity for numbers, you enjoy interacting with people and present yourself confidently and thoughtfully to visitors. Your confident language skills enable you to write LinkedIn posts, for example, and actively shape our online presence. Thanks to your careful and responsible way of working, you ensure that our website remains error-free and that office supplies are always available. Your strong IT affinity not only helps you with graphic tasks but also makes you a valuable contact person for all departments regarding the use of digital tools. With your attention and eye for detail, you also recognize inconsistencies – such as incorrect VAT codes in sales invoices – and thus actively contribute to quality assurance in the company.
