To complement our team, we are looking for a
Tasks
- As a specialist, you work in the workshop
- You operate and set up the CNC as well as conventional machines
- You instruct and motivate our employees with disabilities
- You check and correct the quality and performance of work
- You create fixtures and participate in the development of in-house products
- In case of absences, you take over the deputy role of the group leader
Requirements
- Carpenter EFZ with experience in solid wood processing
- CNC experience is an advantage or willingness to learn
- Experience with solid wood is an advantage
- Willingness to engage with people with disabilities
- High social competence
- Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Conscientious and a team player
- Motivated, curious, interested, and open to new things
