In this position you will
- - support the five core companies of RUBI Group AG in managing the accounting. These tasks include in particular:
o Accounts receivable (invoicing, posting, reconciling, dunning)
o Accounts payable (checking, recording, paying)
o Support in financial planning and controlling
- manage the accounting of planning communities.
- ensure representation within the finance team.
- work part-time. Ideally on Mondays and Tuesdays, but we are open to individual solutions that fit your life.
Do you have other ideas you want to pursue?
Ideally, you bring several of the following qualities
- - You have successfully completed further training as a "Finance Clerk" and have initial professional experience in financial accounting. Alternatively, you have already gained relevant professional experience and have regularly performed the above tasks.
- You are confident in using Bexio and Vertec or comparable software and are used to working independently in a dynamic environment.
- You have very good oral and written German skills and are looking for a position where you can quickly take on responsibility even in a part-time role.
