Career, Study, and Vocational Counselor with Option to Take Over Group Leadership

Tasks

• Coordinate and conduct career, study, and vocational counseling using diagnostic tools at the Bellikon location as well as with social insurance partners
• Develop concrete professional solutions and training paths on behalf of disability insurance, Suva, and military insurance
• Close interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists from vocational assessment and job coaching 
• Coordinative exchange with social insurance partners as well as other integration-relevant specialist offices, educational institutions, and employers
• Write assessment reports in technical language for social insurance partners
• Participate in the qualitative and innovative development of integration products at the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic and in internal and external professional events

Profile

• Completed basic studies, preferably in psychology, as well as a completed MAS in career, study, and vocational counseling
• Several years of professional experience as a career, study, and vocational counselor in vocational integration, ideally within a social insurance
• Sound knowledge of the social insurance system
• Enjoy careful and targeted counseling of people with health limitations
• Interest in the qualitative, professional, and innovative further development of counseling services in close cooperation with integration specialists
• Communicative skills and presentation competence at a high level
• Very good PC skills (MS Office)
• Excellent oral and written language skills in German and preferably another national language

The Competence Center for Vocational Integration (KbE) of the Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic offers various measures with a professional focus. Specialized integration specialists develop sustainable professional solutions together with those affected in coordination with the responsible social insurance partners. People after accidents or illness are accompanied by an interprofessional team on their way back to work.
