Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the time management system (PEP Polypoint) and ensuring compliance with labor law and internal company regulations
- Technical contact person for questions regarding time tracking, duty scheduling, and working time regulations
- Support and further development of our HR applications (BPS HR-Suite, swiss+, Umantis, PEP Polypoint)
- Identification and implementation of optimizations in HR processes with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and user-friendliness
- Creation of user documentation and training materials for HR and line managers, conducting training sessions
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments (Finance, ICT, Legal Service, line managers) as well as external service providers
- Ensuring compliance with data protection, working time, and compliance requirements
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR, time management, or HR IT systems
- Several years of experience in dealing with time management or HR applications
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law, especially regarding working time and absences
- IT-savvy, analytical and structured with a solution-oriented mindset
- Communicative personality with enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
- Independent, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic environment
