Your Tasks
- Introducing, further developing, and anchoring Lean Management principles and the Last Planner System in all areas of the company
- Coaching and training leaders, employees, and project teams in the Last Planner System
- Analyzing and optimizing processes along the entire value chain
- Moderating workshops (e.g., Kaizen, value stream analyses, 5S, shop floor management, takt production)
- Supporting the implementation of improvement projects in production, assembly, and administration
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement (KVP) throughout the company
- Close collaboration with management, area managers, and project leaders
Your Profile
- Completed technical or business education with further training in Lean Management
- Several years of experience in applying Lean methods in the construction or building technology industry
- Strong moderation and coaching skills
- Analytical thinking, high initiative, and enthusiasm for change
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness at all hierarchy levels
- Willingness to travel between our locations and projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland
