Your Tasks

• Introducing, further developing, and anchoring Lean Management principles and the Last Planner System in all areas of the company
• Coaching and training leaders, employees, and project teams in the Last Planner System
• Analyzing and optimizing processes along the entire value chain
• Moderating workshops (e.g., Kaizen, value stream analyses, 5S, shop floor management, takt production)
• Supporting the implementation of improvement projects in production, assembly, and administration
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement (KVP) throughout the company
• Close collaboration with management, area managers, and project leaders

Your Profile

• Completed technical or business education with further training in Lean Management
• Several years of experience in applying Lean methods in the construction or building technology industry
• Strong moderation and coaching skills
• Analytical thinking, high initiative, and enthusiasm for change
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness at all hierarchy levels
• Willingness to travel between our locations and projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland
