Your new tasks
- In your new position, you carry out service deployments on low and medium voltage switchgear systems
- In doing so, you independently or with a supervisor perform maintenance, inspect the systems, and actively assist with fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Participation in system expansions and conversions (sometimes independently) also belongs to your tasks
- You carefully prepare the necessary documentation for the service deployments (reports, test protocols, etc.)
- Support with new installations / troubleshooting of medium voltage and low voltage switchgear
- You advise our customers on our service portfolio and help them to operate their systems reliably
- Participation in the setup and expansion of our service team (e.g., creating templates for service reports, optimizing and maintaining our service warehouse, etc.)
- Your work assignments take place with energy supply, industrial, and infrastructure customers throughout Switzerland (willingness for multi-day assignments during the week and car driving license). You are also willing to perform on-call duty if needed
Your talents and experience
- The basis of your success is a completed electrical or electromechanical training and initial professional experience
- Good knowledge in the field of switchgear service, ideally on medium voltage and/or low voltage systems, rounds off your profile
- You are a communicative and customer-oriented personality who wants to contribute and further develop technical know-how
- You have an independent and organized way of working
- With your business fluent German skills, you convince our customers and colleagues. Good English skills are required, additional language skills in Italian or French are a plus
