Your tasks
- You care for patients and their families, especially in complex situations.
- You bear the professional responsibility for nursing and ensure nursing quality together with the nursing management and the leadership team.
- You participate in the clinical development of evidence-based nursing.
- You support and advise the nursing staff of the ward.
Your profile
- Postgraduate studies in intensive care nursing with expertise in the interdisciplinary field are an advantage
- Specialist training at CAS level or willingness to complete it
- Leadership skills
