The KZU Competence Center for Care and Health offers a home to people who need care and support. For our Bächli care center, we are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys medical-technical tasks and has organizational talent to strengthen our interdisciplinary team. Ensure empathetic and competent support for our residents.

• Process responsible for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Responsible as day manager for the smooth running of daily operations
• Active participation in KZU project and specialist groups
• Recording and active response to complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional collaboration especially with staff, therapies, and the medical service
• Enjoyment of medical-technical tasks

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in long-term care and support with a federal diploma
• Experience with medical-technical tasks is an advantage
• Organizational talent that keeps a cool head even in hectic situations
• Independent and motivated to take the lead in daily operations
• Open communication and feedback culture

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
