The Logistics Department for Labor Market Measures (LAM) in the Office for Economy and Labor, with around 40 employees, is responsible for the labor market measures that support job seekers quickly and sustainably in reintegrating into the labor market.
Labor market measures (AM) are instruments for the qualification and reintegration of job-seeking individuals and include collective and individual educational and employment measures, internships, onboarding subsidies, promotion of self-employment, and other cantonal and national measures.
