Care Specialist EFZ 80-100%
Your tasks
In this position, you actively participate in care, shape everyday life together with the residents, take on key worker duties, motivate them to live a self-determined life, and provide occasional support with care. At the same time, you contribute to the development and implementation of the goals of the IV residential area and ensure precise electronic care documentation (easyDok). With your professional expertise, you ensure needs-oriented and professional care.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ and already have professional experience.
- You are a true team member who lives collaboration and always puts people at the center with a solution-oriented approach.
- You are responsible, flexible, and motivated – challenges are an opportunity for you to apply your strengths.
- It is an advantage if you have a driver’s license to enable our residents to enjoy unforgettable excursions.
