Tasks and responsibilities:

Act as support to Salespeople

Give the team support on the full life cycle of a product, from brainstorm on investment ideas to execution and post trade services

Fully respect the Sales Handbook product quality guidelines and procedures

Coordinate clients' requests with the different teams at Societe Generale: Trading, Engineering, Middle Office and Back Office

Price requests received from clients, interpret these requests correctly and transmit them to the pricing team

Confirm trades with clients, following executions

Address after-sales client’s needs and assist manager with client relationships

Liaise with Structuring and Marketing teams to help design investment proposals
Help to:

Identify potential customers and means of developing new business

Organize client events and meetings

Produce documentation of new contracts: Master Distribution Agreements, supplemental

Produce termsheets
-
Update Client Relationship Management tools

Produce valuation and performance analysis for clients
Studies & experience:
-
Master’s Degree, ideally with a specialization in Finance
-
Previous experience on a trading floor, either in sales or trading support functions
Language skills:
-
Fluent English (written and spoken) and French
- German is considered a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of application, especially word and Excel
