Libera AG is a leading Swiss company in the field of occupational pension provision with locations in Basel and Zurich. We provide comprehensive and professional advice to companies and pension funds. To expand our team, we are looking for a:

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

• You independently manage legal mandates and assignments from our client base and ensure a professionally sound, competent, and timely processing. This includes, in particular, the review and handling of benefit cases, mandates on data protection, as well as ongoing legal advice to our clients.
• You actively contribute your legal expertise in discussions with clients as well as in board of trustees meetings.
• You further develop our legal advisory services in the field of occupational pension provision and design new products and services.
• You acquire new clients and expand existing mandates in the area of legal advice.
• You lead a team of currently three employees both professionally and personally.
• In addition, you coordinate and handle internal legal issues, such as contracts or labor law topics.
• Together with internal departments, you participate in projects and competence centers and prepare specialist texts for publications if needed.

THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED:

• You have a university degree in law at the master’s level and can demonstrate solid legal experience in the field of occupational pension provision as well as in the first pillar (especially disability insurance).
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience.
• You communicate appropriately for the target audience and present yourself confidently, both towards clients and internally.
• You are characterized by a reliable, independent, and service-oriented way of working.
