• You work in numerous areas of a large municipality (social affairs, finance, construction, etc.)
• You handle correspondence and obtain information
• You assist in organizing events
• You advise customers personally at the counter and on the phone
• You come into contact with people of various nationalities, respond to their needs, and address their concerns
• You are cheerful, motivated, and have excellent manners
• You take responsibility and carry out tasks carefully and reliably
• It is important to you to advise customers in a friendly and competent manner
• You express yourself clearly and understandably in conversations
• You handle IT tools effortlessly and enjoy working with them
• You are committed both to your training and to the work in the training company
• You have a good primary school diploma as well as excellent oral and written knowledge of the German language
• You are willing and have the prerequisites to learn two foreign languages
• A responsible role at the heart of social life
• A motivated team welcomes you and experienced professionals accompany you throughout the apprenticeship
• Together with all apprentices of the municipality, you participate in the annual apprentice camp
