About the job
You advise and support interested parties, customers, relatives, social services, and referrers regarding our diverse offerings in the Bern East living area. The offerings include Plus Living, comprehensive care, specialized dementia care, as well as day care. You coordinate the entire admission and entry process. You conduct tours and consultation meetings for customers and relatives. You provide competent support for questions about financing, social insurance, and administrative procedures. You work closely with interdisciplinary, internal, and external specialist departments and coordinate with them. In addition, you organize and conduct location meetings.
- Training in social work, nursing, case management, or comparable qualification
- Training at tertiary level in nursing is an advantage
- Experience in counseling older people and relatives, especially in the field of dementia
- Sound knowledge of health and social services, especially in long-term care
- High communication and empathetic skills
- Organizational talent and ability to coordinate between various internal and external offices
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
- Employer contribution to premiums for daily sickness allowance insurance and pension fund higher than legal regulations
- Versatile and challenging activity in an exciting and dynamic environment
- Working hours from Monday to Friday without weekend shifts
