Logistician (Team Leader Logistics)
Activities
- Carrying out personnel planning, leading and motivating our employees
- Conducting quarterly and qualification discussions
- Monitoring the daily logistics business of well-known warehouse customers
- Optimizing and managing the warehouse according to logistical principles
- Preparing, checking and releasing performance data for warehouse billing (Key User)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a logistician
- Flair for commercial work and a very good business understanding
- Proven leadership experience
- Reliable, flexible, resilient, independent, team-oriented, efficient and quality-conscious
- Experienced IT user (MS Office skills - especially Excel, Word, Outlook – E-mail)
