You will

Handle inheritances and estates comprehensively – from checking the legitimization documents to approving payments and account reconciliations
Process guardianships
Handle inquiries from debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices
Create confirmations, conduct complex research, and process edition orders
Take on tasks in the customer area (e.g., dunning, bank-held correspondence, unclaimed assets)
Support our front-line employees as a competent contact person and maintain telephone and written contact with heirs

You bring

a completed commercial basic education (preferably in banking or notary environment)
conversational French skills
an independent, careful, and precise way of working
a communicative, team-oriented, and decisive personality with high resilience and diligence
