Our Forensic team is a multidisciplinary group of professionals (i.e., accountants, lawyers, data analysts, forensic technology specialists, and former law enforcement professionals) who develop business concepts specifically aimed at creating trust and preventing or combating fraud, corruption, asset misappropriation, and violations of specific regulations.
We help companies and their legal advisors investigate facts, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory challenges. We place integrity at the heart of compliance programs and help our clients better manage ethical and reputational risks.
As part of strengthening our offering and supporting the growth of our teams, the Forensic & Integrity Services department is looking for junior Consultants in investigation and business integrity with a profile focused on accounting and finance for its Geneva office. Start date to be agreed.

Within our team, you will join a specific mandate whose mission consists of compliance investigations in various sectors:
- Familiarization with the initial elements necessary for the investigation available prior to the on-site visit.
- Conducting in-depth interviews, searching for documents to ensure comprehensive information gathering; using comparative approaches to verify the validity of collected data.
- Document review assisted by technology, data analysis, and quantified estimation of financial impacts.
- Drafting detailed investigation reports, including legal references and quantitative data, in compliance with legal standards.
You may occasionally be required to work on other assignments such as:
- Investigations of all types of misconduct (e.g., fraud, bribery, corruption)
- Design, evaluation, and implementation of compliance and anti-fraud management systems.
- Development and implementation of guidelines and codes as well as communication strategies regarding compliance and anti-fraud.
- Work on risk and compliance performance assessments. Contribution to risk management controls from third parties and integrity. Collaboration with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities in sensitive and sometimes conflicting situations.
What you can bring - skills to shape the future
- Degree (bachelor's or master's) in business management, accounting, or finance.
- Some initial experience in a similar professional field (e.g., business administration, accounting, audit, finance, compliance)
- You have excellent writing skills in French, good IT knowledge, a sense of numbers, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding the legal framework of economic crimes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language is considered an asset.
- Your intellectual curiosity, analytical mind, rigor, and autonomy allow you to work on complex issues in various sectors within a multidisciplinary team.
- Assertive and proactive approach to project execution as well as the ability to establish an effective network within large organizations and build relationships with people and clients.
