The Battenberg Foundation supports people in integrating into the primary labor market. For our business area Housing, Daycare, Gastronomy, and Building Services, we are looking for someone from 01.02.2026 or by arrangement. These are the main tasks ▪ Operational and personnel management of the residential area for adolescents and young adults. ▪ Active participation in the residential area and taking on key worker responsibilities. ▪ Taking on administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and duty planning. ▪ Close collaboration within the management team with mutual representation. ▪ Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist offices for the holistic support of adolescents and young adults. What you should bring ▪ You have a recognized vocational training in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or an equivalent education and have professional experience in supporting people with special needs. ▪ You bring leadership experience, enjoy interdisciplinary work, and are a team player. ▪ You have high social competence, are resilient, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. ▪ You are flexible and willing to support the team in duty coverage (morning, evening, weekend, and on-call duties). ▪ You are a native German or French speaker and have very good knowledge of the other language, both spoken and written.
