The "Client Channels" area is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels, respectively the customer interface, for an efficient and effective customer experience.
As a Strategist, you will be part of our dynamic and diverse "Channel Management" team. Together, we drive the strategic development of our digital channels forward and develop innovative solutions for Zürcher Kantonalbank.

Your tasks
- Developing and owning target visions for the future of our digital customer channels, especially focusing on digital technologies, automation, and data
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive strategic digital banking initiatives
- Responsible for developing and implementing digital concepts at the interface between channel and sales
- Taking over the management and quality assurance of cross-departmental initiatives
- Analyzing the achievement of our long-term channel strategy and deriving concrete measures
- Supporting strategic ad-hoc topics, e.g., analyzing complex issues and simplifying them for C-level
- Actively contributing to the further development of our organization and processes
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital banking or product/service offering (financial industry, technology, consulting) with a focus on digital strategy development, innovation, project management
- Experience with agile working models and willingness to live an agile mindset. Knowledge of agile methods (e.g., SAFe) as well as experience with digital tools for agile collaboration (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- High affinity for concept development and technologies in banking, experience in the sales area (corporate clients) of banks is a plus
- Communicative personality with a high willingness to learn, who enjoys working in a team and inspires others
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to clearly and solution-oriented structure and communicate complex contexts
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
