Polymechanic as Machine Operator in 3-Shift System

• Machine Expert: You operate and control our paper processing machines according to clear production guidelines. You ensure the smooth operation of your assigned machine and guarantee the required production throughput.
• Optimizer: You continuously monitor and improve production processes, perform product changes and minor adjustments, and carefully maintain the setup lists.
• Quality Assurer: You independently conduct quality checks and intervene specifically in case of deviations. This ensures that our high-quality standards are always met.
• Troubleshooter: You provide support with technical or process-related challenges and actively contribute to improvement measures – always aiming to further optimize production.

• Training & Experience: You have completed training as a machine operator or have basic training in the mechanical or electrical field. You already have experience working in 3- or 4-shift systems.
• Technical Skills: You have very good manual and technical understanding and enjoy working with production machines.
• Language & IT: You can communicate well in German (spoken and written) and are confident in using MS Office programs.
• Personality: You are a team player, reliable, flexible, and always work independently, cleanly, and precisely.
• Shift Willingness: You feel comfortable working in 3- and 4-shift operations. We usually operate a 3-shift system. Depending on the workload of the paper processing, there may be a need to switch to a 4-shift system for a certain period.
