Your exciting area of responsibility:

Technical and administrative management of the building construction department
Procedure management for municipal building permit processes (including clarifications with cantonal authorities, building police)
Drafting decisions/building permits
Consulting the client and planners
Preparation and presentation of building applications at the monthly building commission meeting
Organization and responsibility for the training of apprentices (Department of Construction and Environment; practical trainer)
Management of municipal properties

What you bring:

Expertise in construction and planning law and public law
Planning or construction technical training (building construction field)
Good MS Office skills
Independent, committed, and responsible working style
Service-oriented thinking and enjoyment of customer conversations
Negotiation skills, confident appearance, and assertiveness
