• Responsibility for perioperative organization
• Professional instrument handling and assisting during surgeries in all specialties
• Ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical operation
• Operation, maintenance, and control of medical-technical devices, instruments, and sterile goods
• Support in positioning patients
• Providing the necessary instruments and materials
• Co-responsibility for the well-being and care of patients in the operating area
• Taking on on-call duties (nights and weekends) from home – with attractive compensation
• Opportunity to take on a specialist responsibility
• Option to engage as a trainer in the supervision of surgical technology students

• Completed training as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF or an equivalent qualification
• For the optional assumption of the role as a trainer, you have the appropriate training or are willing to complete it
• Committed, responsible, and team-oriented personality
• High resilience, flexibility, and reliability – even in demanding situations
• Strong quality and service awareness as well as a positive, solution-oriented attitude
