Job Description

• Customer service to achieve target goals for order management KPIs, e.g., order intake, order confirmation, backlog, throughput time, output quality, blocked orders.

• Recording order data, including sample requests, as well as managing order intake via electronic interfaces.

• Ensuring communication with customers about the status of orders, deliveries, recalls, and possible delays.

• Collaboration with the production, sales, and warehouse departments to track and expedite shipments.

• Responsibility for prompt and accurate customs clearance, including the preparation of all necessary documents.

• Organization of transports.

Qualifications

• Solid export experience with know-how in international transport and customs issues as well as corresponding certifications.

• Training as an order processing clerk export/import or foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma.

• Excellent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.

• SAP experience.
