As a Management Assistant, you are part of the assistant pool supporting the division heads in Asset Management. You support the management of Asset Management in all strategic and administrative matters. In your role, you work closely with all employees of the organization and share the goal of ensuring the highest quality in their tasks.
This position is possible both at 80-100% workload and in job sharing.
Your tasks
- Leadership support for the division heads within the IA business unit including deputizing for the assistant to the IA head
- Handling correspondence, supporting the division heads in all administrative matters such as scheduling, expense processing, and organizing national and international business trips
- Supporting and organizing internal and external events, workshops, training sessions, and division meetings as well as preparing the necessary documentation
- Participation and support in selected projects
- Acting as an interface between internal and external stakeholders and deputizing for your team colleagues

Your profile
- Commercial basic training with professional experience in the banking environment, preferably in asset management
- Precise and proactive working style as well as a goal-oriented and resilient personality
- Flexibility and the ability to develop alternative and innovative solution proposals
- High willingness to learn and initiative as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
- Independent and responsible work with credible appearance and engaging communication
- Confident German, good English skills
- Proficient in handling MS Office products
