Maintenance Technician for Production Equipment - Focus on Mechanics (all genders)

In this role, you will take on a variety of maintenance and service tasks on our production equipment and ensure reliable operation of the equipment with your technical expertise. You can expect varied activities - from repair, maintenance, and calibration work to assembly and optimisation of equipment, as well as technical documentation and implementation of improvement measures. At the same time, you can contribute your ideas, actively drive improvement projects forward, and share your knowledge by supporting apprentices and collaborating with internal and external specialists.

• You are responsible for mechanical fault analysis and the subsequent maintenance and servicing of production equipment.
• Supporting spare parts management falls within your area of responsibility.
• You provide technical support during internal relocations of production equipment and operating resources.
• You supervise apprentices in your own area and promote their professional and practical skills.
• Identifying maintenance-intensive production equipment and initiating the resulting improvement projects are part of your duties.
• You perform on-call duty but otherwise work regular hours.

• A completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical professional experience in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of machines and equipment
• Technical understanding, manual dexterity, and solution-oriented working
• Team player, responsible, independent, organised, and communicative personality
• Basic Office skills and SAP knowledge are advantageous
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
