We are a church community where versatile church music has a high value and is strongly anchored in village life thanks to over 500 volunteers. The friendly and familiar interaction across all generations is close to our hearts. Since 2024, we have been working with a management team.
We expect:
- a solid instrumental education (main subject organ at master/concert diploma level or similar) and church music training
- an open collaboration with the church community team
- musical design of services, accompaniment of casual ceremonies and other events in the church community
- participation in the design of impulse services in the church community house in cooperation with our volunteer team
- openness and enthusiasm for different musical styles, joy in music for and with children, young people and adults as well as interest in the reformed tradition are important to us
We enable:
- the implementation of two concerts per year
- the establishment of a band and further musical promotion in the church community
- if suitable, possible participation in the management team (with an increase of the percentage of employment by 10%)
