Your mission:

• Strategic and operational management of the entire gastronomy (Imi Bar, Brasserie, Breakfast, Events, Room Service)
• Recruitment, leadership, motivation, and support of the entire service team in close collaboration with the team leaders
• Co-responsibility for the content and design of the F&B offer including seasonal in-house events
• Analysis, disclosure, and continuous improvement of existing processes in the gastronomic outlets to increase efficiency and quality
• Handling reservations, maintenance, and management of the cash and table reservation system (POS Hypersoft, Aleno)
• Carrying revenue and cost responsibility as well as participating in the creation of forecasts and budgets
• Inventory management, such as ordering, storage, goods usage controls, and optimization
• Creative collaboration in the development and implementation of sales and special promotions
• Ensuring smooth, cross-departmental internal communication
• Planning your team's shifts with Mirus 4.0 while observing legal requirements
• Organization and execution of technical training
• Training our apprentices and interns
• You report directly to the General Manager and are part of the operational management team

• Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy, preferably further education in management or business administration
• You have leadership experience (shift planning, recruitment, development, and motivation of your team) and see yourself as a role model for employees

• You demonstrate charm, social skills, and an authentic, natural friendliness in dealing with guests, superiors, and employees
• You are characterized by innovative ideas and are an organizational talent
• You always keep an overview and calm even during high business volume
• You gladly take responsibility and have excellent communication skills (D/E, F advantageous) as well as an independent working style
